Official Plan

The Official Plan sets out the zoning for development. It shows what development is permissible and what is not. It's time we created a new Official Plan. This must be done with real community involvement, where community members are consulted and have actual input. Following the plan should lead to compatible and cherished development. It's when the Municipality veers away from the plan that controversies and community upset occurs. I will do my utmost to ensure that residents and developers are all treated fairly and that development follows very clear, agreed to standards laid out in the Plan.
